Case study: the sump pump nobody else would take on
The problem
A sump pump failed because of blocked drains, flooding a converted basement. Yorkshire Water cleared the drains but wouldn’t replace the pump, and the customer couldn’t find a plumber who would.
What we did
We came out to assess the problem, took out the old pump, ordered a new one and came back to fit it, keeping the customer updated throughout.
